Special Needs

Our anesthesiologists are able to provide care to patients that require additional care due to various conditions or circumstances. We are able to treat those with physical or cognitive disabilities, complex medical histories, or patients that have experienced difficulties with dental or medical procedures in the past. Although we would love to treat all patients, some may still be referred to the hospital for treatment if deemed necessary by the anesthesiologists.

With many patients, we may require a complete history and physical examination be performed by a primary care physician. This is to ensure that the patient is in optimal health and provides us a complete picture of their current health status in order to develop the most ideal anesthetic treatment plan.
